Dr. Christopher Dorney†is a vice president in WSPís Resilience practice and has been engaged in extreme weather and climate change adaptation work for over 15 years. †Over this time, Dr. Dorney has assisted several federal agencies, state transportation agencies, local governments, and other institutions with policy, capacity building, planning, and design for resilience.
