About me
Mr. Flood has over thirty years of consulting experience and has led most of the national projects conducted by WSP focusing on determining the risks of extreme weather and future conditions and the development of potential strategies for addressing those risks. †This has included recent work on developing benefit-cost assessments of resiliency projects, an assessment of impacts to assets statewide for multiple hazards, the conduct of training seminars on resilience strategies, and other similar efforts focused on helping agencies make effective decisions.
